摘要 After introducing the mechanical structure and working principle of electric power steering (EPS), theEPS dynamic model and the state space equation are established. Based on this model, a PID genetic algorithmcontrol strategy for EPS is put forward, i.e. , use the powerful search ability of genetic algorithm to optimize theparameters of the PID controller, the PID controller can achieve a better control effect. By using Matlab/Simulinksimulation and analysis, the simulation results show that the control strategy makes EPS fast response and stableoutput, the performance has been effectively improved. Therefore, it has laid the theoretical foundation to developproducts.
