高PV值密封环的热负荷建模分析与试验验证 被引量:3

摘要 根据密封环的应用条件和工作环境,研究高PV值(密封流体压力和密封端面的平均滑移速度的乘积)密封环的热负荷特性,确定密封环传热规律,获得密封环传热过程中的3种边界条件。模拟密封环的实际运行工况,采用有限元方法对密封环整体的温度分布及温度随工况的变化规律进行建模计算。结果表明,随着油压和转速的升高,密封环温度随之增大,在主密封面的温度梯度比非密封面的大。利用自主开发的密封环综合性能试验台进行密封环温升的试验研究,试验测得的温度与建模计算获取的温度变化趋势一致,而且计算值保持了足够的计算精度,证明采用模拟方法对高PV值的密封环热负荷进行评估是有效和适用的。 According to the service and working conditions of sealing rings,the thermal load in the sealing system under high PV values( The product of mean slip velocity of the seal face and seal fluid pressure) was investigated. The heat transfer regularity of the seal was presented,and three reasonably boundary conditions exerted on seal were obtained. The actual operations of seal rings was simulated,the overall temperature field distribution and its variation with pressure and rotating speed were modeled and calculated by using the finite element method( FEM). The results show that the sealing ring temperature demonstrates an increasing trend with increasing speed and pressure,and the temperature gradient in the main sealing face is greater than that of the non sealing face. The temperature rise tests of the sealing ring were conducted on a self-developed performance test rig. It is shown that the temperature variations of the numerical and experimental results are in the same trend,and numerical results keep the sufficient accuracy,which proves that it is suitable and effective to evaluate the thermal load of the sealing rings with high PV values by using simulation method.
