摘要
对油封磨耗的分析表明,油封唇口是磨耗最严重的部位,油封磨耗程度可以通过唇口的接触宽度来衡量。采用有限元方法对油封受力变形进行分析,得到油封的接触宽度以及接触应力分布规律,与油封的实际磨耗情况进行对比。有限元分析结果与实际情况的基本符合,采用有限元分析法可对油封的磨损进行评估。对不同唇口结构的油封进行有限元分析,结果表明油封唇口改为圆角结构能降低其接触应力,并且随着尖点圆角半径的增大接触应力逐渐减小,为油封的结构设计提供了一种参考。
Through the analysis of oil seal abrasion,it is found that the severest abrasion occurs at the lip of oil seal,and the wear degree of the oil seal can be evaluated by the contact width of the lip. Finite element method was applied to analyze the deformation of oil seal,and the contact stress distribution and contact width of oil seal were obtained. The finite element analysis results of the wear of the oil seal accord with the actual abrasion situation,it was proved that finite element method can be used to evaluate the wear degree of the oil seal. The deformation of oil seals with different lip structure was investigated by finite element simulation. The analysis results show the maximal contact stress of oil seal can be decreased by adopting the lip with filleted corner structure,and the maximal contact stress is decreased with the fillet radius increasing.
