摘要
针对某大功率柴油机磨合润滑油取样不及时和安全性差的问题,研究高速大功率柴油机合理的取样时间和位置以及取样周期,提出一种高速大功率柴油机磨合润滑油实时取样规范,并设计了取样系统装置。经过试验验证表明,该取样方法能够有效解决由于取样不规范导致的柴油机运转状态分析和故障诊断不准确的问题。
For the problem that the lubrication oil collection of high power diesel engine during high-speed operation was not in-time and safe,reasonable sampling indexes as position,time and period in lubrication oil collection were researched,The normalization method of lubrication oil in-time collection during high-speed running of high power diesel engine was proposed,and the correspond collection system device was built,Throughout the experiment,this method is proved to be effective to solve the problem of judging the operating state and fault inaccurately due to the crude sampling manipulation.
