摘要 以钢厂2台液压站为例,介绍油液分析技术在钢厂设备润滑管理中的应用。采用油液分析技术及时地发现了其中一液压站液压油出现的水污染,并找到造成污染的原因,避免了设备故障发生;通过连续的油液监测及时地发现了另一液压站的错误用油,避免了关键零部件的损坏;基于油液分析技术还实现了进口油品的国产化,降低了生产成本。 Two monitored hydraulic station in a steel mill are taken for examples to illustrate the application of oil analysis technology in steeling equipment management. The water pollution appeared in the hydraulic oil of one hydraulic station was found timely through oil analysis,and the cause of pollution was also found to avoid the equipment failure. The misuse of hydraulic oil was found timely through continuous oil monitoring so as to avoid broken of key parts. The nationalization of imported oils was implemented based on the oil analysis technology,which reduced the production cost.
