摘要
针对典型非金属材料-聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)激光雕刻工艺参数设置,设计了一系列实验。实验结果表明,功率对PTFE的雕刻质量影响较大,当步长4 mm,频率20 000 Hz时,要得到较清晰的线条,功率参数应选择在20%及以上;频率对PTFE的雕刻质量影响不大,当步长1 mm,功率50%时,线宽为0.26 mm左右;步长对PTFE的雕刻质量影响很大,当功率25%,频率20 000 Hz时,只有步长参数取值为1 mm时,才能雕刻出清晰的线条。
Aimed at setting typical non-metallic materials-polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) laser engraving process parameters,a series of experiments were designed. The experimental result shows that the power has a great influence on quality of engraved PTFE,power parameters should be selected in 20% or more to obtain a clearer lines,when step length is 4 mm and frequency is 20 000 Hz;frequency has little influence on quality of engraved PTFE,the width of line is about 0. 26 mm,when the step length is 1 mm and the power is 50%; power has a significant influence on quality of engraved PTFE,when the power is 25% and frequency is 20 000 Hz,only the step length is 1 mm can clear lines be engraved.
