摘要
柱塞泵在工作温度下容易产生局部磨损现象,根据某型径向柱塞泵的相关参数计算得到柱塞泵的工作温度;通过对圆形与方形截面柱塞及其导向孔热变形的分析,得到两种不同截面柱塞与导向孔的相对热变形量。分析结果表明:方形截面柱塞与导向孔在热变形情况下基本可以保持面面接触的配合关系,该种截面的柱塞及其导向孔可应用于柱塞泵。
Piston pump is easy to produce the local wear phenomena at operating temperature,according to the parameters of a certain type of radial piston pump the working temperature was calculated. Through the thermal deformation analysis of the circular and square section of the plunger and the guide hole,we get the relative thermal deformation of two different cross-section plunger and the guide hole was got. The analysis result shows that the relationship between the plunger and the guide hole square section can basically maintain a face to face contact during thermal deformation,this section plunger and the guide hole can be applied to piston pump.
