摘要
对有圆柱度误差要求的轴类零件,在加工过程中一定要保证基准统一性,如果因零件本身结构使加工过程中存在定位基准多次变换现象,可以通过在加工过程中预留和增设工艺夹头的形式来保证两端基准统一,为后续磨削加工提供方便,从而保证工件圆柱度误差。
To shaft component with cylindricity tolerance requirement, processing benchmark unity must be guaranteed in the ma-chining process.If there were many times benchmark changing phenomena caused by component structure, process chuck could be re-served and added to guarantee both ends benchmark unity.It provides convenient for the follow-up grinding processing and guarantee component cylindricity.
