自动琉璃瓦压机设计

摘要 目前国内的琉璃瓦压机是手工操作,存在安全隐患,生产效率低,不可持续工作,变形严重,劳动强度高。全自动单柱液压转盘式琉璃瓦压机采用单柱液压转盘模式、可调节弹性悬浮滚珠轴承结构。该设备生产效率高,成本相对低廉,有着较好的市场前景,值得在制造企业当中推广。 The machine of glazed tile press is in need of manual operation at present.There exists security risks.The production efficiency is low and not sustainable work.The parts deformation is serious and labor intensity is high.In the full automatic single col-umn hydraulic turntable type press machine, the single column hydraulic turntable mode and adjustable elastic suspension ball bearing structure were used.So the equipment has high production efficiency and relatively inexpensive costs.It has a good market prospect. And it is worthy to popularize in manufacturing enterprises.
