摘要
针对布赫平衡阀的下降工况存在的过阻尼补偿问题,将F型π桥液阻网络应用于平衡阀的先导阻尼网络,改进了平衡阀的先导液阻网络,使平衡阀主阀芯的开口度与负载的大小相适宜,从而有效防止重物下降时的超速下滑和抖动现象。并对π桥液阻网络平衡阀的下降工况进行了仿真,得出F型π桥液阻网络可以很好的克服过补偿阻尼的不足。
When bucher balance valve drops, it has a problem of over damped compensation.Applying F typeπ-bridge hydraulic resistance network to the balance valves pilot damping network could improve pilot hydraulic resistance network of the balance valve.It made the main spool aperture and the load suitable.Thus the phenomenon of the speeding decline and jitter of the weight could be pre-vented.The drop condition of theπ-bridge hydraulic resistance network balance valve was simulated.The conclusion is that F typeπ-bridge hydraulic resistance network can overcome the disadvantage of over damped compensation.
