简单介绍了5 m^3装载机的液压系统,并阐述了对其铲斗轻载快速下降阀的改进。分析了新阀的结构、原理和特点。新型阀与已有阀相比,具有结构简单、动作灵敏可靠、体积小、质量轻的优点。
The hydraulic system of the 5 m3 loader was introduced, and the improvement to the light load quick-falling valve for the bucket of the loader was expounded.The structure, principle and features of the new valve were analyzed.Compared with the exist-ing valve, the new valve is simple, flexible and reliable , with other advantages such as small size and light weight.
