摘要
在工程应用领域,Gantry结构的应用越来越普遍,这种结构具有高速度高精度的优点,但在应用上技术难度很大。通过对PID同步算法进行研究,提出一种基于TRIO多轴运动控制器的同步方案,该方案使用双直线电机,并已在高速高精度贴片机的国产化中得到应用,事实证明此方案的可靠性与先进性。
In engineering application field, Gantry structure is used more and more widely.This structure has the advantages of high speed and high precision, but its application technical difficulty is very large.Based on the study of PID synchronization algo-rithm, a synchronization scheme based on TRIO multi axis motion controller was put forward.In the scheme, dual linear motor was used, and it had already been used in high-speed and high-accuracy placement machine localization.The fact proves the reliability and advancement of this scheme.
