摘要 MK84250高速轧辊磨床主轴所用液体动静压轴承是决定加工质量和效率的关键部件,其温升是影响轴承的正常工作的关键因素。但由于其油膜包角及油膜压力的求解域未知,无现成资料可查,通过数值计算方法拟合了未知包角的承载量系数-偏心率函数曲线,分析了轴承结构并求解了线速度为45 m/s和60 m/s时的流量,并对温升进行了计算。计算结果与实际情况一致。 MK84250 high speed roll grinder spindle uses liquid hybrid bearing,which is to determine the machining quality and efficiency of key components. The temperature rise is a key factor affecting the normal work of the bearing. But due to the solution domain of its wrap angle of oil film and oil film pressure is unknown and there is no ready-made data,through numerical calculation method,the bearing capacity coefficient-eccentricity function curve of unknown angle was fitted,the bearing structure was analyzed,the flow rate was solved at linear velocity of 45 m / s and the 60 m / s,and the temperature rise was calculated. The calculating results agree with the actual situation.
