摘要
建立推导了A8VO变量泵的稳态方程,对A8VO变量泵各种工作状态进行了理论分析。运用AMESim软件对A8VO变量调节系统进行物理建模和仿真,得出各个弹簧设定值、油口控制压力对泵的工作曲线的影响,为以后A8VO变量泵的使用、改进和故障排除提供指导。
The steady state equation was deduced and established,and the theoretical analysis of the different working state for the A8 VO variable pump was carried out. By modeling and simulation for variable displacement regulating system of the A8 VO with AMESim software,the effects of each spring set pressure and hydraulic control pressure to the pump working curve were obtained. It gives some guides for the further application,improvement and troubleshooting of A8 VO variable pump.
