摘要 美国是较早推行教师绩效工资制的国家之一,已经形成了相对成熟的理论和政策路线。纵观美国公立中小学教师薪酬改革政策变革历程,完备的法案体系支持、科学的绩效评估体系、差异化的方案设计、增量性的薪酬结构、多元化的发展主体和延伸性的激励措施,是重要的政策内容。完善的数据支持体系、政策软实力支持、教师产出评价标准的提取和建立、多元化的发展模式、教师的关注与支持,是中国深化中小学教师薪酬政策改革的重要借鉴经验。 The United States is one of the first countries to promote teachers performance in payment.Throughout the reforms of payment in American public primary and secondary school education,a legal support,scientific evaluation,differentiated designing,incremental compensation structure,diversified and extended incentives are all set up.The authors argue that Chinese educators should learn from the American experience.
