关于铁路劳动统计分析的探讨

Discussion on Railway Labor Statistic Analysis

为适应铁路向现代物流转型发展,应重点发挥铁路统计的咨询功能,提高统计分析质量,为铁路的发展当好参谋。针对铁路劳动统计分析中存在的问题,提出加强铁路劳动统计分析的对策,即提高对铁路劳动统计工作的认识、强化铁路劳动统计人员业务素质、建立符合现代人力资源管理特点的铁路劳动统计指标体系、提高铁路劳动统计分析报告质量、加强铁路劳动统计信息系统的建设。

In order to adapt for development of railway transferring to modern logistics, the consultation function of railway statistics should be primarily exerted and the statistic analysis quality should be increased, all of which could be good references for railway development. Targeting with problems existing in railway labor statistic analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures of strengthening railway labor statistic analysis, such as increasing understanding of railway labor statistic works, strengthening professional quality of railway statistician, establishing the index system of railway labor statistics which complying with characteristics of modern labor resource management, increasing report quality of railway labor statistic analysis and enhancing establishment of railway labor statistic information system.
