摘要
采用共沉淀法制备三元含锆铜系催化剂(CuO/ZrO_2/Al_2O_3),利用正交实验法和综合平衡法考察了铜含量、锆含量、沉淀pH、沉淀温度和焙烧温度等因素对催化剂理化性质的影响,并采用BET,XRD,H2-TPR等手段对制备的催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明,采用共沉淀法制备CuO/ZrO_2/Al_2O_3催化剂,沉淀pH对催化剂比表面积和孔体积的影响最显著,焙烧温度对其有一定影响,锆含量对其影响较小,铜含量和沉淀温度对其影响最小;在铜含量为65%(x)、锆含量为6%(x)、沉淀p H为7.0、沉淀温度为60℃、焙烧温度为450℃条件下制备的催化剂的比表面积和孔体积分别为99 m2/g和0.31cm3/g,催化剂CuO分散性较好、催化活性高、易还原。
Ternary Cu O/ZrO_2/Al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared through coprecipitation and then calcination. The effects of copper content,zirconium content,precipitation p H,precipitation temperature and calcination temperature on the physicochemical properties of the catalysts were investigated with the aid of orthogonal experimental method and integrated balance method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by means of BET,XRD and H_2-TPR. The results showed that,the effects of the precipitation pH on the specific surface area and pore volume of the catalysts were the biggest,the effects of the calcination temperature were the second,the impacts of the zirconium content were low,and the influences of the copper content and precipitation temperature were the lowest. Under the conditions of copper content of 65%(x),zirconium content of 6%(x),precipitaion p H of 7,precipitation temperature of 60 ℃ and calcination temperature of 450 ℃,the specific surface area and pore volume of the prepared catalyst were 99 m2/g and 0.31 cm3/g respectively,with good CuO dispersity,high catalytic activity and easy reducibility.
