摘要
内蒙古某铜锡金属为主的硫氧化共生矿体,矿石储量大,硫氧化矿共生、多金属赋存,针对该矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明该矿石主要有价成分Cu 1.05%、Sn 0.47%、Ag 51.20 g/t,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,以不规则状产出,锡矿物主要为锡石,以自形、半自形产出,银黝铜矿与黄铜矿共晶连生紧密。根据工艺矿物学结果进行了该矿石分选探索性试验,确定采用浮选—重选联合流程可以较好的回收铜锡等有价元素。
The chemical composition,mineral composition,dissemination characteristics and grain size composition of Cu- Sn Polymetallicore were detailedly investigated through chemical analysis,chemical phase compositions of Cu 1. 05%,Sn 0. 47% and Ag 51. 20 g / t were examined,at the same time,Chalcopyrite was the dominant mineralsin the authigenic ore,which occurred mainly in un- regular aggregations,and it was closely associatedwith tetrahedrite. The cassiterite was main tin minerals which showed idiomorphic or hypidiomorphic granular structure. So as to provide primary mineralogical data for the mineral processing research,on this basis,flotation and gravity separationexperimentwas carried on.
