摘要
根据国土资源管理的新定位,围绕国家经济安全、可持续发展和资源环境的新要求,分析2000年以来统计年鉴中的涉矿指标变化趋势以及与经济发展之间的关系,遴选提出能够反映矿产资源节约集约利用的相关指标,准确赋予其内涵、意义和计算方法,为节约集约利用矿产资源提供科学评价依据。
According to new positioning of land and resources management,national economic security,sustainable development and the demand of the resources and environment,the relationship between the tendency of mineral processing indexes and economic development involved in statistical yearbook was analyzed in detail. Then,the relevant indexes reflexing economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources were selected and given the connotation,significance and calculation method. This paper provided scientific evaluation basis for economical and intensive use of mineral resources.
