摘要
《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的颁布明确了辅导员职业发展的目标和要求,但在实际应用中仍存在着理论和现实的困境。通过引入职业能力发展理论,研究职业发展、职业能力发展以及高效辅导员职业发之间的关系,分析了现阶段辅导员队伍职业发展存在的四点共性困难,并从工作评价、能力评价、专业组织、职业角色、职业理想五个方面具体阐述了辅导员的职业发展以及实现高效辅导员职业化专业化的发展路径。
Professional Ability Standard for University Instructor(Temporary),which clears and definites the aims and demands of professional development,still exists certain theoretical and realistic problems in practical application yet.With the introduction of professional ability development theory,and the study of relationship between professional development,professional ability development and professional development of university instructor,the four common difficulties existing in instructor's professional development at the present stage are analyzed.In addition,the instructor's professional development and approach to realize instructor's professionalization and specialization are elaborated in detail from five aspects,including job evaluation,capacity evaluation,professional organization,professional role and professional aspiration.
