通过分析《天堂蒜薹之歌》的英译本,探讨意识形态中各因素对译者在翻译过程中的操纵体现。尽管葛浩文在翻译《天堂蒜薹之歌》时坚持忠于原著的翻译原则,但由于受到社会主流价值观、个人审美倾向等因素的影响,其对原著的翻译必然出现一定程度的改写。

This paper analyzes manipulated tranlation of The Garlic Ballads from the perspective of ideology.By comparing and analyzing many an example,this paper clarifies that there is abundant rewriting in the novel despite the fact that the English version is basically faithful to the original one.In conclusion,translators are always affected by ideological elements such as literary genre,or personal aesthetic and rewrite the original version,consciously or unconsciously,during the translation process.
