基于柯式模型的护理学专业学位研究生临床培养模式的验证研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]应用柯式模型对护理学专业学位研究生新型临床培养模式培养效果进行评价。[方法]选择2010级、2011级传统培养模式下护生为对照组,2012级及2013级新型培养模式下护生为观察组,基于柯式模型,从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层来评价新型临床培养模式效果。[结果]观察组培训效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]新型临床实践模式有助于提高护生的综合能力。
