旋挖扩底灌注桩在软土地基工程应用中的经济性分析 被引量:4

Cost analysis of the engineering application of screw-drilled under-reamed cast-in-situ piles in soft ground

摘要 以中国2010年上海世界博览会B片区地下空间工程为依托,对旋挖扩底灌注桩和两种桩径的钻孔灌注桩、后注浆灌注桩共五种布桩方案的造价进行了对比分析,从而对旋挖扩底灌注桩在软土地基工程应用中的经济性作出了评价。研究结果表明,旋挖扩底灌注桩相对于钻孔灌注桩,能有效提高单桩的抗压与抗拔承载力,可以有效减少总桩数,施工工期短,总造价最低,比较适用于采用逆作法施工的软土地基地下空间工程。 Based on underground space project of B area of Expo 2010 Shanghai,the comparative analysis of costs of five pile arrangement schemes was compared and analyzed,including one screw-drilled under-reamed cast-in-situ pile,two cast-in-situ shaft piles with different pile diameters and two base-grouted bored piles with different pile diameters,in order to evaluate the cost of screw-drilled under-reamed cast-in-situ pile in engineering application of soft ground. As shown in the results,the screw-drilled under-reamed cast-in-situ pile has higher compressive bearing capacity and uplift bearing capacity than the cast-in-situ shaft pile. The screw-drilled under-reamed cast-in-situ scheme needs less piles,shorter construction period and lower cost,so such type of pile is suitable for underground space projects in soft ground which are built by top-down construction method.
