摘要
为了探寻露天台阶爆破最优孔网参数,根据矿山以往的爆破经验,初步确定了6个孔网参数方案,并进行了现场试验,对爆破后的炸药单耗、根底、大块率进行了统计,以灰色关联度分析方法为基础,对6个不同孔网参数的爆破方案的爆破效果进行了评价,根据最大关联度判别准则,确定孔网参数为4.5 m×4 m的方案为最优方案。本研究为露天矿中深孔爆破参数的选取提供了科学依据。
In order to research the best holes' network parameters of bench blasting. According to mine blasting past experience, the six holes network parameters programs were initially identified. The explosives consumption and foundation and bulk rate were calculated after blasting to analysis based on grey relational analysis method. The impacts of six different blasting parameters were evaluated based on the maximum correlation criterion. Finalize the hole net parameter of 4.5 x 4m solutions was the best programs. This study provided a scientific basis to select the deep open pit blasting parameter.
