摘要
湘安钨业自开采以来一直采用全面法进行采矿,在经过近20年的开采后整个矿区留下大面积的采空区。采空区的顶板依靠矿柱维护,随着开采深度的加深,矿体顶板稳固性急剧变差,全面法采矿不仅存在很大的安全隐患,而且浪费大量高品位资源,同时由于顶板垮落造成出矿贫化增大。为了确保生产安全,降低出矿贫化同时提高高品位矿石的回采率,公司决定利用充填采矿法对深部资源进行回采。
Xiang'an tungsten mine has been adopting the comprehensive method in mining for nearly 20 years, leaving a large goaf area the whole mining area. Since the roofs of mined-out area are supported by pillars. The stability of the roofs in the orebody gets deteriorated along with the increase of the mining depth, which not only poses a safety hazard, but also in- curs waste of high quality resources and increase of dilution due to roof caving. In order to ensure production safety, reduce ore dilution and at the same time improve the recovery rate of the high grade ore, the filling mining method was chosen for the deep resource exploitation.
