摘要 针对传统机械粉碎制作硝胺粉效率低、成本高等问题,研制新型硝铵粉碎设备显得尤为必要。利用粉碎机多腔连续粉碎和风力作用,粉碎后的硝铵粒径在几微米到二百微米之间,并通过调节工艺参数(转速、投料量、电机功率等)来调节、控制粒径范围。解决了传统粉碎时物料细化再团聚的现象,提高了产能,粉碎效果好,同时做到对粒径的可控可调,是一种创新型的连续化硝铵粉碎设备,适用范围广泛。 In view of the problems of low efficiency, high cost in the traditional mechanical crushing production of nitramine powder, it is necessary to develop a new ammonium nitrate crushing equipment. By adopting the function of cavity crushing and wind action of the crusher, ammonium nitrate size after crushing varies from a few microns to two hundred microns, and further adjusting of the process parameters ( rotational speed, inventory, electrical power, etc. ) is implemented to adjust and control the particle size range. The traditional crushing material refining and reunion problem is solved, with improved production capacity, good crushing effect, and adjustable particle size at the same time. It is a kind of innovative continuous ammonium nitrate crushing equipment, with wide application scope.
