摘要
唐钢360 m^2烧结机通过稳定原燃料供给渠道,研究含铁料配矿结构、优化工艺操作、降低单位加工费用、实施自动化控制改造、挖掘人力资源潜力等手段,开发了综合性能优良的低价矿粉经济稳定配加方案,解决了高褐铁矿烧结的节点技术,实现了降低铁前烧结工序单位成本的目标。
By means of stablizing raw material supply channels and optimization of the Fe-bearing ore-matching structure and operation process, reducing process cost, implementing automatic control rebuild and digging potential of human resources in TangSteel, excellent stable economic low-cost powder matching plan for the 360m2 sinter machine were developed, the critical problem of high-limonite-content sintering was solved, realizes the goal of reducing unit cost in sintering process.
