摘要
对几种常用的转炉水冷系统及其水旋转接头的结构和性能进行了分析,推荐一种新型的转炉水冷系统及其水旋转接头。实践结果表明:这种转炉水冷系统及其水旋转接头实现了水冷炉口、炉帽两路冷却水的独立供应,从而实现了能独立控制,而且转炉水冷系统进水、回水均在转炉非驱动侧,结构简单、紧凑,节省安装空间,操作维修方便,满足了实际生产需要。
Through analysis and research on the structure and performance of the widely-used water-cooling systems and relevant water swivels of the converter, a new type of a water-cooling system and relevant water swivel is recommended. The practice results show that this type of water-cooling system has realized the separate water supply to the converter, also the inlet and outlet are both arranged oppositely to the driven side of the converter. The system satisfies the demands with its simple structure, little installation space requirement and convenient operation.
