热处理对弹体材料组织与性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过使用相图与性能模拟软件计算获得40Cr Mn Si B热物性参数和TTT、CCT曲线,建立40Cr Mn Si B热处理模拟材料库,分别模拟40Cr Mn Si B材料弹体经860℃淬火,350℃、500℃、600℃回火的热处理,获得弹体的组织、应力、温度及应变的变化过程。计算得到3种回火状态下的弹体屈服强度与实际测量值之间的误差小于5%,热处理后弹体的残余变形小于0.06 mm。 The metal phase and performance simulation software is used to calculate and obtain the thermal physical property and the CCT,TTT curve of 40 Cr Mn Si B,and establish the heat treatment material database of 40 Cr Mn Si B,simulate the process of40 Cr Mn Si B projectile body quenched at 860 ℃ and tempered at 350 ℃,500 ℃,600 ℃ respectively to acquire the process of microstructure,stress,temperature and strain change. The error between the projectile body's yield strength calculated under three tempering temperature conditions and actual measurement is below 5%,the displacement after heat treatment is below 0.06 mm.
