摘要
提出一种利用机床空运行过程中的振动信号分析机床结构模态参数的方法,该方法可以有效剔除伺服环节对机床结构动力学特性的影响,并实现机床工作台在不同运动状态下的模态参数识别。研究结果表明,运动状态对机床工作台的局部模态的阻尼比和固有频率有明显影响,该结果对可动结合部的研究具有一定的指导意义。
By means of the vibration signals from the idling operation of machine tools,a method to analyze the modal parameters of machine tool structure is proposed. In the new method,the servo effect on the dynamic characteristics of the structure of the machine tools can be eliminated,and the modal parameters of the machine tool workbench in different state of motion can be identified.Research shows that the state of motion has evident effect on the damping ratio of the local modal and the inherent frequency of the machine tool workbench. The findings provide guidance for the study of the movable joints.
