摘要
针对某催化空压机组在运行中出现的故障现象,研究、分析,并找到引起机组故障的主要原因,结合生产装置的实际运行情况,在技术改造中采取相应措施,合理解决了设备运行故障,保证了机组的平稳正常运行。
In order to solve the problems in a catalytic air compressor in operation,such as unit jumping to stop caused by the surge,frequent error signals of motor failure,line to line temperature abnormality,unit jumping to stop caused by the interference electricity of external power grid,research and analysis are made,and the main causes of the failures are detected. In accordance with the actual situation of the production equipment,corresponding measures are taken. With technological improvement,all the failures are eliminated rationally. Practice shows that the effect is good,and the smooth and normal operation of the unit is guaranteed.
