摘要
回转类非圆零件轮廓廓形是x-c轴联动协调运动的结果,研究该类零件的x-c轴联动运动规律,对于提高回转类非圆零件的轮廓精度具有重要的意义。根据x-c联动磨削的加工原理,从数学的角度出发,由回转类非圆零件外轮廓的曲线方程建立了x-c联动运动的数学模型;与现有的模型进行对比分析,得到了回转类非圆零件的x-c联动的通用数学模型,约束两轴联动过程中动态控制砂轮与工件的相对位置,以保证砂轮与轮廓始终相切,可实现回转类非圆零件的精确磨削加工。
Rotary type non-circular contour is the result of the synchronous movement of x and c in the grinding machine. It can be used to research on the motion law of x and c linkage motion and improve its profile precision. According to the principle of x-c linkage motion,this paper builds the math-model of x- c linkage motion based on the rotary type non- circular contour,and this model is compared with the existing model. And then the general model is obtained to constraint the linkage motion of x- c,to ensure the grinding wheel and contour tangent. The general model can be used to provide the basement for the rotary type non-circular grinding.
