压力水箱中平板壁的变形分析与研究 被引量:1

摘要 平板壁是压力水箱中最薄弱的环节。基于弹性力学中薄膜比拟理论提出了采用横向增加加强筋的方法来提高平板壁的强度与刚度,其方法简单、实现方便、通用性强,并利用ANSYS软件对该方法进行了仿真验证,其结果表明该方法较为理想。 The flat is widely used in the design of pressure tank and it is the weakest part in the tank,therefore,it is most important to improve its stiffness and strength. The horizontal reinforcing bar is used to improve the stiffness and the strength based on the membrane analogy theory in elastic mechanics. The method is simple,convenient and practical. The simulation results prove that it is ideal analysis method.
