摘要
阐述蜗壳光滑性对于整机性能的意义,分析当前蜗壳设计方法的弊端,提出了CFD流场分析与水动试验相结合的模型构建方法。以某电站混流式水轮机金属蜗壳为例,建立整体造型和曲线拟合方法的2种流场模型,进行了CFD数值计算以对比二者的水力性能,并对最优模型进行水动力学试验。结果显示,该数值计算的精度较高,为模型后续的生产加工,提供了理论依据。
The paper elaborates the significance of volute smoothness for the unit,analyses the disadvantages of its current design and proposes the method that CFD is combined with examination. For example,two models are built with methods of overall style design and surface fitting to do the simulation and test. The result shows the data error is very small. The theoretical basis is provided for production and processing.
