摘要
采用机械、电动混合式负载模拟系统模拟惯性、摩擦负载。以ISIGHT为优化平台,集成UG和ABAQUS,构建并实现了惯性飞轮体积最小的优化流程。在此基础上,根据非连续参数分组,每组采用DOE抽样与梯度优化MMFD算法混合策略的优化方法,利用ISIGHT平台对飞轮进行优化计算,取得了合理的结果。
The mechanical and electric hybrid system is used to simulate the inertia and friction load. And the ISIGHT for the UG platform integration and ABAQUS is used to build and implement the inertia flywheel ' s smallest optimization process. Based on this,the discontinuous parameters are grouped,then DOE sampling and gradient optimization MMFD algorithm is applied in each set of parameters for the optimization. Optimization for the flywheel is calculated with the ISIGHT platform,and this result is reasonable.
