摘要
通过对12位研究型高校图情学院科研人员的半结构化访谈,发现国际科研产出可划分为国际科研行为和国际科研成果二维结构,一般而言二者是正相关关系,并确定了行为和成果类型。影响研究人员国际科研产出的因素包括个体层面的自我效能感和结果预期因素以及组织环境层面因素,除已有研究中大部分影响教师科研绩效的因素得到访谈学者认可外,访谈亦得出一些新的影响因素。
Based on the semi- structured interviews of 12 researchers from one of Chinese doctorate- granting LIS schools and departments,the international research output of researchers could be devided into two variables,namely international research behavior and international research achievement. Generally speaking,international research behavior is positively associated with international research achievement. Also,types of international research behavior and international research achievement were discussed in this study. This paper also concluded factors which affect researchers' international research output. Affecting factors could be devided into individual characteristics of researchers in terms of their self- efficacy and outcome expectations and organizational characteristics. Most of the factors which were confirmed to affect teachers' performance in existing studies were also accepted by 12 researchers. Besides,this exploring study also obtained some new affecting factors.
