基于改进遗传算法的掘进机截割机构的多目标优化设计 被引量:11

摘要 掘进机截割机构的综合性能是由截割粉尘、截齿消耗量、截割比能耗、载荷波动及生产率决定的,基于改进的遗传算法,将截割机构的结构参数和运动参数作为设计变量,对截割机构的综合性能进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明,掘进机截割粉尘、截齿消耗量、截割比能耗和载荷波动都相应有所下降,且生产率有着明显提高,有效地提升了掘进机的整机性能,符合了当今及未来掘进机的发展趋势。 The comprehensive performance of cutting mechanism of roadheader is decided by cutting dust,quantity of pick consumption,specific density consumption,load fluctuation and production efficiency. This paper takes motion parameters and structure parameters of cutting mechanism for design variables and optimizes multi-objective function of comprehensive performance of cutting mechanism based on the improved genetic algorithm. Optimization results show that cutting dust,quantity of pick consumption,specific density consumption and load fluctuation of roadheader are decreased accordingly and productivity is increased significantly,which effectively improve the whole performance of the machine and accord with development trend of the roadheader in line with the current and future.
