高校科研现状调查与激励机制研究——以探索上海理工大学设立科研优秀成果奖的作用为例

On the Present Situations and Incentive Mechanism of Scientific Researches in Universities:To Explore the Role Scientific Research Prize in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology

探讨了高校提高科研水平的必要性和重要性,探索设立科研优秀成果奖对推动学校科研水平上等级,争取更多高水平、高档次奖项的重要作用和积极意义。运用实证调研和理论分析相结合的方法,用数据印证高校在我国科技创新和经济发展中具有不可或缺的作用,同时指出上海理工大学在高水平、高质量科研项目方面存在薄弱现象,由此,学校设立科研激励机制,对激发和调动广大教师的科研热情和积极性,推动学校科研水平快速提升将起到重要作用。

In this paper, we discuss the importance attached to scientific research in colleges and universities, focusing on the effect of establishing Scientific Research Awards for outstanding research projects and findings. With an empirical research, we analyze the data and prove that universities palys an indispensable role in national scientific and technological innovation and economic development. However research projects of higher level and higher quality need increasing in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology establishes a scientific incentive mechanism to inspirie and mobilize its faculties＇ enthusiasm in researches. Hence rapidly promots scientific research of the university.
