摘要
简要说明了氰化提金工艺中炭浆法、炭浸法、树脂法和堆浸法的特点,分析了非氰提金工艺的作用机理及应用现状,比较了硫脲法、硫代硫酸盐法、多硫化物法、石硫合剂法、氯化法、溴化法的优缺点,在硫代硫酸盐法、多硫化物法和石硫合剂法中起主要作用的物质主要是多硫化物和硫代硫酸盐;氯化法和溴化法反应过程相似,在溶液中与金主要形成[AuX4]-(X代表卤族元素)。此外,指出了它们研究的应用前景。
The status of gold extraction by cyanidation of slurry, carbon leaching, resin and heap leaching were briefly introduced, and processing mechanism and application prospects of gold extraction by non-- cyanidation were investigated. Advantages and disadvantages of thiourea, thiosulfate, polysulfide, lime sulfur mixture, thiocyanate, chlorination, and bromide were analyzed, the sulfide and thiosulfate play a main role in the thiosulfate, polysulfide and lime sulfur mixture, and chlorination was similar to bromide, which reacted with gold in solution and formed[AuX4 ]- (X represents the halogen element). Additionally,the application prospects of gold extraction by non- cyanidation were proposed.
