摘要
介绍了十烷基羟肟酸的催化合成方法,以十烷基脂肪酸、甲醇、盐酸羟胺、氢氧化钠为原料,以TQ为催化剂,通过酯化、肟化、酸化三步反应制备十烷基羟肟酸。对肟化反应的配料比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类、催化剂用量等因素进行了研究,产品含氮量达到5.2%。
The methods of catalytic synthesis of decylalkyl hydroximic acid was introduced by using decylal- kyl fatty acid, methanol, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, using TQ as a catalyst. Decylalkyl hydroximic acid can be prepared through the following three--step reactions, which include esterification, oximation and acidification. And the mixture ratio for oximation, reaction temperature, reaction time, types of catalysts, the dosages of catalyst and some other factors were also an- alyzed. The nitrogen content of product is up to 5.2%.
