摘要
通过对铝板拉伸机断带过程中钳口运动的分析,将该运动过程模拟为几个弹性物体的弹复过程,并对每个弹复过程的变形与受力进行分析,应用材料力学中的能量法计算出铝板断带后拉伸机钳口的冲击速度,为铝板拉伸机的断带冲击计算找到简化的数学模型。
Based on motion analysis of the clamps of aluminum plate stretcher in strip breakage,the paper presented the simulation of elastic recovery of some elastic objects and it analyzed deformation and force accordingly; it demonstrated the calculation of impact speed caused by breakage on the clamps using energy method of material mechanics,providing simplified mathematical model for impact calculation of aluminum plate stretcher.
