摘要
介绍了高温合金铸件中心疏松、二次缩孔的产生原因及影响因素,以及动力学晶粒细化技术的原理和工艺特点。综述了目前国内外使用动力学方法解决合金铸件疏松、缩孔的方法包括:超声波振动法、铸型振动法、铸型搅动法、冒口内振荡法和振动激发形核技术,并且详述了这些方法的机理、相关参数和试验结果。通过综合比较多种应用方法的优缺点,结合实际生产情况,提出了适用于改善本公司高温合金铸锭中的中心疏松和二次缩孔典型缺陷的方法。
This paper briefly introduced the causes and influence factors of the defects of center porosity and secondary pipe of the casting superalloy ingot, and also the principle and technical characters of grain refinement technology with dynamic method. In this study, the mechanism, working parameter and the test result of the method that are the vibration of ultrasonic, the vibration of mould, the stir of mould and oscillation in the riser, are introduced in detail. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different application methods, and also in combination with the practical production situation of the company, the most appropriate one for improving the defects of center porosity and secondary pipe was proposed according to our industrial actual.
