摘要
以淮北矿区为例对采煤沉陷区城市建设关键技术进行了深入系统研究,根据长期的岩移观测、采空区建筑物沉降监测与采动区"活化"机理研究,提出了基于城市建设规模性土地利用的煤层群开采沉陷地区域性稳定概念和评价方法,创建了煤炭开采沉陷区域稳定评价与控制、建筑群抗变形等技术体系,解决了采煤沉陷区城市建设关键技术,实现了采煤沉陷区直接建设高层建筑群的技术突破。
It taking urban construction in mining subsidence area in Huaibei coal district as an example, on the basis of long time rock movement observation, building subsidence monitoring around gob area and research on mining area'active' principle, then concept and evaluation method of region stability of mining subsidence area with coal seams mining based on scale land use of urban construc-tion, evaluation and controlling of mining subsidence area stability and anti deformation technology of building group were put forward, key technology of urban construction in mining subsidence area was solved, technology broke through that cluster of high-rise buildings in mining subsidence area could be constructed directly.
