摘要
针对高分辨率遥感影像质量评价缺少客观、全面、定量方法的问题,提出了一种基于规则库的高分辨率遥感影像质量评价方法,构建了灰度统计特征、纹理特征、影像清晰程度等3个指标项及综合质量评价模型,并采用12景高分辨率遥感影像进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法可准确评价高分辨率遥感影像的质量,实现了高分辨率遥感影像质量评价的主客观一致性。
To solve the problem of high resolution remote sensing images quality evaluation lack of objective, comprehensive and quantitative method, this paper proposed a quality evaluation method based on rule base, and built three indicators, such as the gray statistic features, texture features and image sharpness, as well as the comprehensive quality evaluation model. Then, some experiments on high resolution remote sensing images were made to verify the validity of the proposed method. Results show that the proposed method is very accurate and objective for quality evaluation.
