We summarized the general situation of Sanming City and the significances of modern surveying and mapping fiducial system construction at first. And then, we introduced in detail the relevant situation of the construction, data processing and accuracy analysis of GNSS control network, leveling network and quasi-geoid refinement. At last, we prospected the application of modern surveying and mapping fiducial system in Sanming City.
