摘要
对行动学习法的概念及特点进行阐述,对其反思性、合作性和主体性3个特征进行了概括,并总结行动学习法在护理管理、护理教育及临床实践等领域中的应用效果及局限性。
It explained the concept and characteristics of action learning method and summarized the 3characteristics including its reflection,cooperation and subjectivity,and summarized its application effect and limitation in nursing management,nursing education and clinical practice.
