东北严寒地区农村住宅现状分析及改进策略

The existing situation and improving strategies for rural housings in the northeast severe cold regions

通过对东北严寒地区农村住宅建设情况的调研与测试,剖析目前农村住宅在建筑形式、功能布局、围护结构构造、采暖方式及室内热环境等方面的现状及存在的问题。根据严寒地区气候特征、农村经济技术条件、农民生活生产模式、住宅建设特点和资源现状等,从建筑空间布局优化、围护结构节能构造、采暖方式改进及被动式太阳能利用等方面提出实现建筑节能的设计思路及策略。

Through the survey and measurement on rural housings in the northeast severe cold regions,this paper analyzes the existing situation and problems of current rural housings in terms of building types,functional layout,envelop structure,heating system and interior thermal environment etc.Based on the climatic features of severe cold regions,as well as rural financial and technical conditions,living and production modes,residential construction characteristics and existing resource status etc.,the design ideas and strategies of achieving building energy conservation has been proposed from the view of building spatial layout optimization,energy-saving structure,heating system improvement and passive solar energy application.
