摘要
研究了不同导电介质配合比及不同环境条件对导电混凝土电热性能的影响。试验结果表明,在相同环境条件下,钢纤维石墨复合的导电混凝土试件导电性能优于单一导电介质所制作的导电混凝土试件。随着环境温度与湿度的升高,导电混凝土的初始电流、电流增量与温度增量均有所上升。由于导电机理的不同,纯石墨导电混凝土试件受到环境条件的影响比钢纤维复合石墨导电混凝土试件更大。建议采用30℃、100%湿度作为导电混凝土测试的标准环境条件。
Effects of the mixture ratio and the environmental conditions on the electroheat performance of electric conductive concrete(ECC)was studied in this paper.The results showed that the conductivity of ECC composed of steel fiber and graphite was better than that of the ECC composed of single conductive medium under the same environmental condition.The initial current,current increment and temperature increment increase as the environmental temperature and humidity increase.The influence of environmental condition on the ECC composed of graphic is higher than that composed of both graphic and steel fiber.The reason was that these two types of ECC have completely different conductive mechanism.It was suggested that 30℃and 100% humidity can be adopted as the standard environmental condition for conductive concrete testing.
