摘要
牵引梁是25型铁路客车中传递纵向力的关键部件,此结构通常采用槽钢拼接结构,制造工艺复杂,焊接变形大。引进折弯型牵引梁结构,从设计结构、工艺流程两个方面与传统结构对比分析,突出改进后结构的优点。并应用有限元方法从计算模型、载荷工况、应力分布和应力云图四个方面对比分析改进前后结构的强度,论述了改进折弯型牵引梁结构的可行性。
Traction beam is a key component of longitudinal force transmission type 25 railway coach, this structure usually a-dopts steel mosaic structure, complex manufacturing process, welding deformation. In this paper, the structure of bending beam is introduced, and the design structure and process flow are compared with the traditional structure in two aspects. The paper compares and analyzes the strength of the improved structure with the finite element method from four aspects:the calcu-lation model, the load condition, the stress distribution and the stress cloud.
