摘要
利用大型有限元软件ANSYS,按照硝酸四合一机组底座的结构特点和实际工作条件建立整体的三维有限元动力模型,进行谐响应分析,机组底座在受硝酸四合一机组作用时共振频率下的变形情况,为动态设计提供参考。
In this article, by the use of finite element software ANSYS, the overall three-dimensional finite element dynamic model is built in accordance with the structural characteristics of the Machine Set base and the actual working conditions, then the modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, the harmonic response analysis are continued on this basis. Through these processes, the deformation of the machine set base under the machine set are introduced,which provide reference for the dy-namic design.
